Beauchamps Housing Conference, Accelerate 2026, is back for another year of discussion and action as we advance Beyond the Blueprint.
Against a backdrop of market volatility, an evolving pricing environment, and a rapidly shifting housing landscape with no single defining agenda, this event brings together decision-makers and delivery partners to bridge the gap between high-level aspirations and practical implementation.
The 2026 programme will centre on two core themes:
Together, we will examine how recent policy changes, alongside the streamlining of existing initiatives, can enhance viability and accelerate delivery, with a particular focus on aligning housing and infrastructure investment, under the revised National Development Plan.
Whether you represent an Approved Housing Body (AHB), local authority, state agency, or private developer, or you are a policymaker, investor, or commentator shaping sector strategy, this is the vital forum for converting policy and planning into tangible housing delivery.
The conference qualifies for 3 hours General CPD.

Please note there is increased Garda presence around the Dublin Royal Convention Centre and Dublin Castle due to the EU Presidency presence in Dublin Castle. There is limited vehicle accessibility on Ship Street, however vehicles can still drop off as normal and attendees can still walk down ship street to the main entrance of the Dublin Royal Convention Centre.

Registration: 7:45am to 8:30am

Check-in will take place at the venue entrance at which point you will be given event accreditation.

Yes, a cloakroom will be available.

No, charging stations will not be available at the venue.

Yes, a selection of various breakfast options will be available from 7:45am. Lunch will also be available from 12:45pm.
