Beauchamps Housing Conference, Accelerate 2026, is back for another year of discussion and action as we advance Beyond the Blueprint.
Join us as we move beyond discussion towards tangible action in housing delivery. Together, we will explore recent developments and how to drive progress in an evolving policy landscape as turn ambition into practical delivery.
We are honoured to welcome James Browne T.D., Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, as keynote speaker. Fidelma McManus, Partner and Head of Housing at Beauchamps, will chair a series of panel discussions featuring leading voices from across the infrastructure, housing and development landscape.
Reflecting the Beyond the Blueprint theme, the programme will examine how the sector can align legislative reform, infrastructure requirements, capital, policy and implementation models to support housing delivery at scale.
The 2026 programme will centre on two core themes:
Discussions will explore the practical steps needed to translate the emerging blueprint for transformation into delivery, from expanding infrastructure capacity and attracting capital, to addressing structural undersupply and affordability pressures.

Please note there is increased Garda presence around the Dublin Royal Convention Centre and Dublin Castle due to the EU Presidency presence in Dublin Castle. There is limited vehicle accessibility on Ship Street, however vehicles can still drop off as normal and attendees can still walk down ship street to the main entrance of the Dublin Royal Convention Centre.

Check-in will take place at the venue entrance at which point you will be given event accreditation.

Yes, a cloakroom will be available.

No, charging stations will not be available at the venue.

Yes, a selection of various breakfast options will be available from 7:45am. Lunch will also be available from 13:00pm.
